Rosaria discovered Reformer Pilates on her travels in the US and now she incorporates the best of her PT training with her Pilates background to tailor her own unique brand of intense Reformer training which focuses heavily around pure Pilates movements.
She imparts her unique and inspiring philosophy centred on the integration of fitness, nutrition, and behavioural changes, empowering each client to define and reach personal goals, both physical and psychological. James Arnold is the founder and the leading massage therapist and pilates instructor at the Klinik.
A former media executive he gave up his job to pursue a fresh direction and retrain for a career in holistic therapy and lifestyle solutions. He founded the Klinik in 2007.

The Klinik now boasts a team of leading therapists that tailors bespoke programmes for individuals and leading city companies. These include Sports & Remedial massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Hellerwork, Nutritional Advice, Hypnotherapy, Fitness & Wellbeing.

Naomi has a diverse background in fitness, ranging from dance, yoga and Pilates to gym training, studio classes, vibration training and rebounding.
Originally training as a professional dancer, Naomi found Pilates through injury and it has now become an integral part of her fitness repertoire.
After teaching dance classes for years, Naomi decided to spread her love of movement and fitness into the mainstream fitness industry and see if she could inspire there.

She is currently studying with renowned Yoga teacher Claire Missingham for her yoga teaching qualification.
Naomi combines her knowledge from all her disciplines when she teaches and believes that it is this variety that keeps both the mind and the muscles guessing. This in her opinion is the key to optimum fitness and body sculpting.
Naomi is also available for personal training alongside the classes she teaches here at Pilates K and can vary your programmes to involve many of the different areas she specializes in.

Wendy has been with PilatesK since 2009. Having taken pilates classes for many years, she decided to train as a teacher after noticing the many health benefits and positive body changes the pilates method can offer. In 2007 she trained as a pilates mat teacher with the respected Body Control Pilates school in Central London. Since then, she has undertaken extensive training in reformer pilates from both Body Control and Rosaria at PilatesK. Wendy is also qualified in all aspects of pre and post-natal pilates and is committed to developing her knowledge with continuous study.

| As well as teaching Pilates, Wendy holds down a day job in Investment Banking, so can fully emphathise with the stresses and strains such a working environment can create. With this in mind, she teaches from both a remedial and fitness perspective - her reformer classes providing a challenging work-out, while focusing on releasing tension, strengthening and aligning bodies and concentrating minds.

| Tammy is a 500-hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher and therapist. She has practised yoga since childhood and is passionate about living it. Having trained in India and also with the renowned Californian Shiva Rea, Tammy combines traditional classical forms with the contemporary western approach to help guide others to find their own love for, and benefits from yoga.
She loves teaching Vinyasa Flow, the more dynamic and invigorating yoga style but also embraces the opportunity to lead relaxing and grounding Hatha classes, as well as Pregnancy yoga.

Her teaching style is spontaneous, light-hearted and always adapted to meet the energies and needs of the group. She strives to continually learn and teach only from her heart and personal experience. Tammy also runs various workshops over the summer as well as yoga retreats.
