Pilates K brings Reformer Pilates to the heart of the city in its state-of the art boutique studio without the designer price tag or the tricky t’s and c’s of the ubiquitous gym experience.

Our team of leading trainers and therapists provide a tailored personal programme for each of our members dedicated to helping you achieve health and fitness goals by adopting a holistic perspective to your own wellbeing.

Who Are We?

Situated in the beating heart of London’s Liverpool Street, Pilates K is a spin-off from the phenomenally popular wellness centre, The Klinik. It draws its inspiration from the micro fitness and lifestyle studios of LA and San Francisco.

The Klinik, which began as massage centre in 2007, now offers a wide range of bespoke tailored therapies from a highly skilled team of passionate and dedicated professionals.

Therapies include: Sports & Remedial massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Hellerwork, Nutritional Advice, Hypnotherapy, Fitness & Wellbeing.

Its ‘Free Range’ philosophy and training programmes are focused on defining personal goals and assisting the individual in achieving them – whether it’s weight loss, rehabilitation, relaxation fitness, or overall performance you want - The Klinik and PilatesK can provide the perfectly balanced solution.

No year-long contracts, joining fees, no expensive monthly charges and genuinely personal ‘personal’ training, focussed on getting clients the results they seek, whatever their goals.

Rosaria

Rosaria is a passionate & inspirational Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. Since discovering her passion for personal training several years ago, she left her career as a city high-flyer to dedicate herself to building and developing an extensive results focussed repertoire of training methods under the Pilates K brand.

Under the expert guidance of Rosaria Pilates K has developed organically due to its immediate popularity from a one to one personal training session at the Klinik - to become the first choice for clients seeking the best results in health and fitness.

Rosaria discovered Reformer Pilates on her travels in the US and now she incorporates the best of her PT training with her Pilates background to tailor her own unique brand of intense Reformer training which focuses heavily around pure Pilates movements.

She imparts her unique and inspiring philosophy centred on the integration of fitness, nutrition, and behavioural changes, empowering each client to define and reach personal goals, both physical and psychological. A beautiful body but also a beautiful and happy mind – both best achieved through ‘Free Range’ fitness!

James

James Arnold is the founder and the leading therapist at the Klinik.
A former media executive he gave up his job to pursue a fresh direction and retrain for a career in holistic therapy and lifestyle solutions. He founded the Klinik in 2007.

The Klinik now boasts a team of leading therapists that tailors bespoke programmes for individuals and leading city companies. These include Sports & Remedial massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Hellerwork, Nutritional Advice, Hypnotherapy, Fitness & Wellbeing.

James is passionate about a ‘free range’ philosophy towards fitness and lifestyle solutions.

Getting Started

Pilates K delivers Dynamic Pilates to the individual or small class of up to no more than five people. The training takes place in its state of the art Pilates Reformer studio, in the heart of the City right next to Liverpool Street station.
Pilates K uses state-of-the-art Reformers by Balance Body, giving you the ultimate workout. Strengthen your core and muscles, improve flexibility to give you a toned, lean, balanced physique.

It addresses the fact that for some people Pilates is too slow and they feel they are not achieving muscle toning as quickly as they would like. Pilates K combines Traditional Pilates in a circuit training style class, with strength training and yoga stretches to tone all muscles in the body whilst keeping them flexible.

Classes have been specially developed to keep people with different levels of experience challenged and focused on achieving results under expert guidance one to one or in or small groups of up to no more than five people.

We’re so convinced you’ll feel the benefit - the first class come free of charge.

During the session, you will be familiarised with the state of the art equipment and the basic choreography of movement so that when you come to take classes, you’ll look like a seasoned pro!

If you decide you wish to take things further still, we recommend that all our clients attend ten sessions within their first month. This provides a consistency of movement that acclimatises the body to provide maximum benefit from each of your classes!
