The Hellerwork Series consists of 11 treatments. A standard treatment lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes, however Session One which includes a full consultation lasts longer, usually an hour and a half and sometimes longer.

One hour treatments are also available for people who simply cannot spare more time than this however a minimum of 14 treatments will be required in order to sufficiently cover the full Series.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is an exceptionally gentle, hands-on method of assessing and enhancing the Cranio-Sacral System, the environment in which the brain and and spinal cord function.

Because it acts on the deepest structures and organs of the nervous system, any imbalance or dysfunction within this system will effect the body's motor, pain and co-ordination mechanisms, the digestive system, the respiratory system, heart function and the endocrine system which is responsible for the secretion of hormones into the blood stream.

In many cases treatment will result in helpful movement of unresolved emotional issues which may play a major role in inhibiting good physical health.

Receiving a treatment is very relaxing and indeed positively pleasurable. Ignored or hidden problems are as often resolved as those that help was actually sought for.
