Our mission if for you to experience the wonders of Pilates, and we do not want the credit crunch to get in the way!

Classes are priced very affordable £18.

Single Classes

Peak (12am & 1pm and between 5:30pm & 8:30pm) weekdays and weekends

Membership/Block Bookings
We now offer varied membership scheme, allowing you to make huge savings by purchasing classes in ‘blocks’ of 5, 10 or 20.

There’s no stimeframe you have to stick to - you can use these classes anytime you wish.

Classes must be paid in advance and we have an 8 hour cancellation policy

Policies

All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 8hr notice policy when canceling and/or rescheduling.
For regularly priced sessions or packages the session in question will be deducted from your account.

Clients are confirmed in the order in which they apply. Signing up for a session does not guarantee you that session. You must wait for the confirmation.

Bookings can be done through our automated system or just by calling the front desk, who will be glad to set you up and assist you if you need to. You can check your appointments in Bookings

Please also note the studio’s policies stated below:

1. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in the Exercise Classes. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the Exercise Class;

2. When participating in the Exercise Classes offered by Pilates K you will receive information and instruction about health and fitness. Fitness programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure your physical safety. The equipment can be dangerous if used improperly and you must ensure that you follow the strict instructions given by my instructor with respect to all of the equipment used;

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Exercise Classes, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Exercise Classes, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Pilates K and its instructors for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

5. We reserve the right to cancel any class should there not be more than one person registered for that class. A 12 hour notice will be given to you.

Class Description

Limitless possibilities achievable at every level of ability!

The wide range of exercises available in the Pilates Method and Rosaria's creativity make the possibilities limitless. Our goal is to create a uniform and familiar structure to each class level. Regardless of your fitness levels, we guarantee that you will leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible and energised. We feel that this is essential for our clients to fully understand, incorporate and master the movement essentials.

Fundamentally, it is the repetition of the Pilates movement patterns, performed correctly and with precision that provides the incredibly impressive results the we see everyday in our studio.

While there is a fundamental structure to each class, Rosaria ensures innovative and flexible choreography based upon the clients participating in the class. In this way our teachers are free to slow the class down to acclimate for a less experienced class as well as being able to modify choreography and difficulty when they are presented with an experienced group.

1:1 Sessions

The personal touch to personal training.

One-on-one sessions are also available. The instructor customizes the workout to meet your unique needs and goals. Private sessions can also suit people reluctant to join a class.

In addition to the above, 1:1 sessions can be a good opportunity to discuss nutrition and other health issues you may want to address.
